Oil Service Plans
Heating System Parts Protection Plans
We offer two oil heating parts protection options so that you can choose the plan that’s right for your budget and for your home.
Our Parts & Labor Protection Plan Covers:
Annual Preventative Maintenance
- Saves up to 10% on annual heating costs
- Extends the lifespan of your heating equipment
- Required annually to maintain warranty coverage
- Test & adjust oil burner for maximum efficiency
- Check all safety & operating controls
- Vacuum clean furnace & smoke pipe (when accessible & necessary)
The TankSure® Program
- $1,200 toward a complete tank replacement
- $100 non-qualifying tank upgrade credit

Service Labor
- Excluding non-covered parts
- Limited night and weekend service for emergency “no-heat” situations, 7 days/wk., 7am-8pm (24hr emergency response for a propane leak)

Hot Water Heater Plan
In addition to heating system service plans, we also offer coverage for your hot water heater.
Our Hot-Water Heater Plan Covers:

Parts & Labor Coverage

- After hours labor will be charged at daytime rates (normal working hours are considered 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
- Parts Covered: Nozzle, oil filter, and basic air filter
Tankless hot water heaters are covered under a separate plan; exclusions may apply. Please call for more information and pricing. In order to participate in our HWH Discount Plan, you must also have an active service plan for your heating system.

Our Annual Maintenance Plan
For our budget-conscious customers, we also offer a simple annual maintenance plan. This plan is critical to keeping your extended manufacturer warranty valid and will help you to save on your energy bills while extending the life of your equipment.
Our Annual Maintenance Plan Covers:
- Clean: Burner Assembly
- Inspect: Belt, Combustion Chamber, Controls and Filters
- Lubricate: All Motors
- TankSure®: Perform Ultrasonic Tank Test
**Reminder: with an extended warranty, the manufacturer requires annual maintenance. You will be billed for time and materials plus tax upon completion of the preventative maintenance.**
Please note that a minimum of 1 hour of labor will be charged for all annual cleanings.

Propane Heating System Service Plan
Many of our propane customers do not realize that a propane heating system should be serviced each year. With normal use, including idle time, propane heating units can build up condensation and particulates that should be cleaned out as part of a tune-up. At Drum Oil & Propane, our propane gas suppliers service the spectrum of propane heating units. Our annual tune-up will ensure that your system is operating at peak efficiency. A properly maintained propane system can also increase the lifespan of the equipment and can keep energy usage as low as possible.
Propane Heating System Plan Benefits
- System Tune-Up: Our annual tune-up will keep your propane system running efficiently, which helps you to save on fuel usage and extends the life of your equipment. We also replace and maintain your filters, which is critical to clean indoor air.
- Safety Inspection: Our technicians will conduct a safety inspection of your heating system based on the manufacturer’s recommendations. We will also inspect your propane lines and propane storage tank to assure you that they are all functioning safely and properly.
- 25% Discount on Parts and Labor: If you ever need to call us for a repair down the road, you will receive a 25% discount off of the normal price of the parts and off of our standard labor rates. 25% discount applies only to system repair and does not apply to any system replacement.
- Priority Service: Limited night and weekend service for emergency “no-heat” situations, 7 day a week, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. (24-hour emergency response for a propane leak)
